On Sunday we had a tropical luau party.  This was a great time!  We gave out many prizes including most tropical attire, biggest limbo cheater, best party trooper, and more!  At each table, a random seat had a raffle ticket underneath and if you were the lucky winner you got to go home with the centerpiece which was a pineapple!  Everyone ate delicious food until their bellies were full but made more room once dessert came out which included pound cake, strawberries, and whip cream!

Last Saturdays event was a lot a fun!  Everyone gathered around the bar to watch the Kentucky Derby while snacking on chips and guacamole as a prelude to what was to come later in the evening.  A few women even came dressed in their biggest, and craziest, hats!  After the race ended, everyone made their way into the banquet room which was styled like a typical Mexican celebration with bright colors and hanging paper banners.  A buffet of burritos, quesadillas, pulled pork, and other delicious Mexican fare awaited them.  Even though everyone was stuffed, as soon as the dessert buffet came out, everyone made room in their bellies for more treats!  It was a really great night, everyone had fun being surrounded by such great company.
